TENNESSEE IS MORE THAN OUR HOME; IT’S THE HOME OF OUR INGREDIENTS. HELL TENNESSEE IS OUR INGREDIENT.
It’s where hot days and cool nights create the perfect conditions to grow quality local ingredients, like the corn that goes into Rollins fermented sour mash. It’s home to the crisp, pure water that goes into every batch. It’s where White Oak trees grow strong. White Oaks that become the flavour rich charred barrels used to age our whiskey. But Tennessee is also home to our other unique ingredient – passion.
OUT HERE IN TENNESSEE, WE LIKE TO DO THINGS OUR WAY AND THAT INCLUDES MAKING WHISKEY.
Rollins Tennessee whiskey abides by a strict set of criteria that protects and ensure the quality of a smooth and distinct final product. Rollins is made by blending local quality ingredients together in small batches to ensure consistency, and then following a traditional production process, developed in Tennessee over more than 100 years – The Lincoln County Process; the raw whiskey spirit is filtered by slowly seeping through vats loaded with sweet maple charcoal. Rollins is then aged within charred American white oak barrels. Each barrel, from acorn to perfectly coopered storage, is 100 years in the making, and is responsible for imparting Rollins Tennessee Whiskey with upfront flavours of spice, vanilla and nut.
