GLASSWARE:
Short
INGREDIENTS:
- 60ml Rollins Tennessee Whiskey
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash peach bitters
METHOD:
Stir down all ingredients over ice.
Strain into ice filled rocks glass.
Garnish with orange zest and a slice of peach.
GARNISH:
Orange zest and slice of peach.

GLASSWARE:
Highball
INGREDIENTS:
- 60ml Rollins Tennessee Whiskey
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 10 mint leaves
- Dash Angostura bitters
- Crushed ice
- Fever-Tree Ginger ale
METHOD:
Crush mint leaves and sugar in glass.
Add Whiskey, crushed ice and stir.
Finish with a splash of ginger ale.
Top with crushed ice, a dash of bitters and a sprig of mint.
GARNISH:
Mint sprig

GLASSWARE:

- 30ml Rollins Tennessee Whiskey
- Ginger Beer
- 2 wedges of lime
METHOD:
Place ice in glass.
Add 30mls of Rollins Tennessee Whiskey and top with Ginger Beer.
Squeeze lime wedge over drink and use a lime wedge to garnish.
GARNISH:
Lime wedge

GLASSWARE:
Highball
INGREDIENTS:
- 45ml Rollins Tennessee Whiskey
- 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 20ml Sugar Syrup
- 30ml Cloudy Apple
- Fever-Tree Lemonade
METHOD:
Shake first 4 ingredients with ice and dump into a highball glass.
Top with lemonade
GARNISH:
Blueberries and slice of lemon
